Camag TLC-MS Interface

TLC Visualizer
The CAMAG portfolio is built around a modular set of instruments that standardize every stage of planar chromatography. Sample application is performed using systems such as the Automatic TLC Sampler (ATS), which ensures highly precise and reproducible band or spot application, improving consistency across plates and reducing operator variability. Chromatographic separation is carried out in controlled Automatic Developing Chambers (ADC 2), which regulate humidity, saturation, and development conditions to ensure highly reproducible separations. Post-separation, compounds can be enhanced using derivatization systems (Derivatizer or immersion devices), enabling improved visualization of analytes through chemical or UV-active reactions.
Detection and analysis are performed using advanced TLC Scanner systems (TLC Scanner 4), which provide densitometric evaluation for quantitative analysis directly on the plate. In addition, TLC Visualizer systems enable high-resolution digital imaging under UV and visible light, supporting both qualitative fingerprint comparison and documentation for compliance purposes. Software integration through CAMAG’s dedicated platforms allows full control of data acquisition, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring traceability and standardization across workflows.
