It operates with a long-life LED light source, integrated sample temperature monitoring, and extended measurement range capability up to ±360° for saccharimetric applications. The Saccharomat V sugar polarimeter is a dedicated high-precision instrument for sugar analysis based on quartz-wedge compensation technology, enabling long-term measurement stability without recalibration. It is optimized for ICUMSA-compliant sugar analysis, including raw sugar, refined sugar, and molasses, and supports advanced sample handling for difficult or highly absorbent samples using near-infrared measurement capability in combination with filtration systems.

The VariRef2 refractometer is a full-range analytical system capable of measuring both liquid and solid samples with high accuracy across an extended measurement range. It features multi-point calibration, integrated high-precision Peltier temperature control, and modular configuration options within the VariFamily platform. The system supports direct touchscreen operation as well as remote browser-based access for multi-user environments and is designed for seamless integration into digital laboratory infrastructures via Aquisys 3 software. The DHR Digital Handheld Refractometer is a portable instrument for rapid field and on-site measurements, delivering results within seconds with automatic temperature compensation and application-specific concentration scales. Its robust IP65-rated housing ensures reliable operation under demanding environmental conditions, making it suitable for agricultural harvesting control and routine industrial fluid checks. The ATR V/VT critical angle refractometer is designed for demanding process and laboratory applications where conventional refractometry is limited by sample color or turbidity. Based on the critical angle measurement principle, it enables direct analysis of opaque, highly viscous, or unclarified samples without prior preparation. Density Meters

VariDens density meters are high-precision instruments for measuring density, specific gravity, and concentration of liquid samples using the oscillating U-tube principle.
